Jeff has over 15 years of experience leading teams of volunteers and paid staff, as well as five years of experience as a leadership and ministry consultant. He is a global communicator that has spoken for events of 5,000+ people, and has also directed conferences and large events from off the stage.

A published author, the host of two podcasts (The Next Level Leader and Build Your Dream), and a social media influencer with over 50,000 followers, Jeff’s number one desire is to help people across the world find their purpose and live out their full potential!

Jeff has served both businesses and churches of all sizes. From small churches and businesses to government organizations and megachurches, Jeff has shared his leadership and strategic insights with teams nationwide to help them move forward. Most recently, prior to starting his own coaching and communcation company, Jeff served in multiple roles at Faith Promise Church (named the 27th fastest growing and 49th largest church in America in 2020 by Outreach.com.)

Additionally, Jeff is a certified life coach, an online course creator, and specializes in helping people get start ups off the ground. He has two degrees from Tennessee Temple University(A.S. & B.S) as well as a graduate certificate in ministry and theology from Princeton Theological Seminary.
